Membership Levels We offer three membership levels:
- Level 1 (Free): Recognition as an official member.
- Level 2 (Paid): Includes level 1 benefits plus monthly newsletters and occasional updates.
- Level 3 (Paid): Includes all previous benefits, plus voting rights on policy issues, posting short comments directly on policy pages, and voting (upvote/downvote) on policies.
Legal Basis for Processing Data We process your data based on:
- Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) when registering for membership or receiving communications.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) to maintain accurate donor records in compliance with electoral laws.

Member-Submitted Content and Moderation Comments and messages submitted by members are private and visible only to authorized representatives of The Wise Party. We encourage open, honest feedback and welcome all perspectives, provided they are lawful and relevant. Please refrain from submitting messages that are illegal, threatening harm, or inciting violence. Such messages may be reported to authorities as required by law. Voting on policies is anonymous; aggregated voting results may be publicly displayed, but individual votes and voter identities remain confidential.
